14. If the Purchaser needs special packaging in relation to the Product it should be accepted in composing between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Buyer's account and accordingly will be included in the Purchase Price. If the Seller fails to consist of the expense of special packaging in the Purchase Rate the Buyer need to pay to the Seller such costs as needed.

21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any further Item to the Purchaser and may end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
